Name Change Charts of Companies Related to Shibusawa Eiichi

It is said that Shibusawa Eiichi was involved with nearly 500 companies over the course of his lifetime. The name change charts are being created industry by industry to give an understanding of the types of companies he was involved with as well as how their names have changed over time.

For each chart a company, economic organization, or other organization was selected from those mentioned in the Shibusawa Eiichi denki shiryo (Shibusawa Eiichi Biographical Materials) and its history researched. There are currently 122 name change charts, listed below according to the industry divisions found in the Denki shiryo. Not all organizations mentioned in the Denki shiryo have been included.
