The Research Center of the Shibusawa Eiichi Memorial Foundation implements research projects centering around Shibusawa Eiichi's leadership and ideas in Japan's modernization process and international relations, as well as encourages and supports research on Shibusawa. It organizes and supports joint research projects and publications; fellowship programs aimed at developing specialists on Shibusawa; studies in various fields such as entrepreneurship, corporate ethics, international relations, sociology, and thought; international seminars of researchers, businesspeople, and other experts; and lectureships at universities. Through these activities, it promotes global networking among persons engaged in related endeavors. |
