Main building of Shibusawa Memorial Museum Museum Hours  10:00-17:00 (No entry after 16:30)
*Entry to the Old Shibusawa Garden is free of charge.

Admission Fees
  Individuals Group of 20 or more Three Museum Ticket
Adults 300yen 240yen 720yen
Students* 100yen 80yen 240yen

The Three Museum Ticket is good for admission to the nearby Kita City Asukayama Museum and the Paper Museum as well as the Shibusawa Memorial Museum with a discount of 20%. There is no group discount for the Three Museum Ticket.(Three Museum Ticket is not available Dec.15 2009 - Mar.26 2010.)
* Students: Elementary, junior high school, and high school.

The museum is closed:

  • Mondays (except when a national holiday or substitute national holiday falls on a Monday)
  • The weekday following a national holiday or a substitute national holiday
  • Year-end and New Year holidays (Dec.28-Jan.4)
Accessibility
  • Limited parking is available. Please contact the museum ahead of time for arrangements.
  • A wheelchair is available from the information desk on a first come, first served basis.
  • The museum is equipped with an elevator.
  • A wheelchair-accessible restroom is located on the first floor.
  • Some information is provided in Braille.

Since parking facilities are not available please use public transportation. Depending on the station, it is a five to ten minute walk to the museum.
